Zen Theosophy is a movement based around a global approach to meditation and spiritual development. By incorporating from practices the world over, we look to develop a comprehensive and progressive system of philosophy and practice, drawing on both ancient theory and modern innovation to form a cohesive whole.
Our ultimate goal is to provide people with a framework through which to develop self-care and compassion for society at large, and give them practical means to do both.
One of the key elements of our movement is looking at both historical and contemporary ideas and events to better develop ourselves. Our blog contains writing from various members about historical figures of interest, philosophical questions, practical meditations, and much more.
